El Portalon

Some of the best service in town with Leah front of house, guiding you to your candlelit courtyard table to start the night with one of the El Portalon legendary mezcal cocktails. Owned by American chef Anne Sijmonsbergen, and author or the Eivissa cookbook, all the food is organic, almost all from Ibiza and the fresh fish all line caught. Perfect location for a Dalt Vila dinner with some cute boutiques doted around and a bars a plenty to move on to for after dinner drinks.

Zela

One of the best new Japanese restaurants in Ibiza, heralding a new breed of chic new fine dining but with excellent food to match without a huge price tag. The bar is a great place to start a night out on the town and the restaurant is attracting a regular Sunday night crowd as the ideal place to meet for dinner before heading to Solomun at Pacha.

Gran Hotel Montesol

An institution, and in fact the very first hotel in Ibiza, the Montesol is a great for any time of day, healthy breakfasts, coffee meetings, refined dinners and excellent cocktails. The original meeting point, many a photo has been taken in front of the famous white and yellow facade. Luckily when the Montesol was bought out and renovated to reopen in 2016 it retained it's charm but now with beautiful up to date interiors from Lázaro Rosa Violán in true 'Gran Café' art deco style.
