Beach Cala Carbo

Cala Carbo is a small cove on the Western coast of Ibiza. Sheltered from the elements, Cala Carbo offers calmness and serenity. Surrounded by pinewood forests and rocky hills. With a pebble and sandy sea bed, the waters here are absolutely clear so perfect for snorkelling. There are two local Spanish restaurants here, serving up lobster, paella and Mediterranean dishes. If you're seeking secluded bathing, walk past the local fishing huts and have no interruptions.

Dine Out Es Boldado

We challenge you to find better views than the restaurant of Es Boldado, Cala D'Hort. Situated on a cliff facing the mystyical rock of Es Vedra, it's a great place for lunch as well as admiring the Balearic sunset. Some claim this restaurant serves the island's best paella, and we can't argue with that. The oven baked John Dory is like no other. Head to Es Boldado for chilled, relaxed dining. Es Boldado seems to cater to international locals, local families, as well as in the know visitors. The guys here have been serving paella for 30 years, they really know their stuff.

Explore Es Vedra Sunset

Take the hike to the secret pirates tower for the ultimate panoramic views of Es Vedra; as the skies illuminate with jaw dropping colors as the sun sets over the Mediterranean seas. Es Vedra is the 3rd most magnetic point in the world; soaked in magic & mystery. An EC Villas secret - chill in the hippy cave right on the cliff edge!
