Situated in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, now a World Heritage Site, this stunning 17th Century farmhouse was recently restored by Jose Garcia Ruiz , an architect who has managed to maintain the original character and charm, whilst also providing the upmost in modern luxury.

The property is situated in a large private estate accessed by electric gates, yet only a short distance from the beautiful Port de Soller.

As well as many living areas, the property covers 1300m2 and has 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 8 bathrooms (with all en suite facilities), a beautiful outdoor pool area with outdoor seating, dining and loungers.

Original features like the old chapel, olive press and flour mill are all still present in this wonderful unique property.

Beach Port De Soller

A wonderful little village situated in one of Mallorca's most gorgeous horseshoe harbours on the west coast. Surrounded by those breathtaking Tramuntana mountains, Port De Soller has the best of both worlds - magnificent mountain scenery and a sea view to go with it. The bay itself, 'Bahia de Soller' is lined by a sandy beach with a pedestrianised promenade behind, where you will find cafes, restaurants and shops.

Dine Out Sa Barca Restaurant

Sa Barca Restaurant - the go to place for tapas. This restaurant couldn't be positioned any better, right on the bay of the upmarket Port de Soller. Come here for all the classics - expect fried whitebait, padron peppers, peppers stuffed with goats cheese and chicken croquets. The focus here is on quality products and dishes.

Explore Port De Soller

Take a tram ride from Soller to the coast of Port De Soller, ride the original 1913 tram which takes passengers through a cross-section of Majorcan life. Start in the bustling town before rattling along into the suburbs, past fields of orange and lemon trees, as you start to get the sea into view. Stay around Port De Soller as you meander the bay and sample the tapas. Another day trip option would be to get a boat to Sa Calobra, and to explore the small surrounding coves such as Cala Tuent. Our EC Villas team can guide you to the best luxury yachts and speed boats.
